Onboard, in full.

Every step for one new starter: who does it, where, what it needs first and what it unlocks. Three ways to see the same work. Red is a human hand; the heavy black line is the critical path, the chain that sets the pace.

The checklist, in doing order. Each step ends with how we know it worked. Tap a number under Needs or Unlocks to jump to that step.

The map of what waits on what. Time runs down the page in the order work can start; columns are who does it. Tap any step: black lines show what it needs, red lines show what it unlocks.

The timeline, one panel per day. Bars start as soon as everything they need is done, so you can see what runs side by side. Minutes are rough and hands-on only; waiting time between days is left out.

Reading the critical path

The critical path is the longest chain of hands-on steps where each one waits on the last, added up across all three days. Speed up anything on it and the whole job finishes sooner; speed up anything off it and nothing changes.
